Very interesting sector indeed; I wonder if any of those Greek proptechs will expand to emerging markets, where demand for proptech is growing due to the rise in the middle class.

Ask Wire is active in Cyprus (2020) and Greece (2022) and are looking to enter Romania and another country (still discussing which) in 2023.
For us, its all a matter of corporates being open to collaborate with startups.
